After four years of pandemic of cancellations, we are very pleased to report that the Vancouver International Auto Show will finally be returning  in March of 2024!

 

Western Canada’s best-attended trade and consumer Auto Show was last held in 2019, and event organizers “New Car Dealers Association of BC” (NCDA) are promising a fresh and reimagined experience for attendees.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Following a four-year hiatus, we have taken a step back, building on 100 years of experience, reimagining an event that will result in a very unique and exciting experience for both our manufacturer partners and our consumer guests,” Blair Qualey, president and CEO of NCDA, said in a press release.”I believe the that we have found the right mix of elements that will appeal to traditional showgoers and those looking to experience the latest technology in a whole new way.”

 

The upcoming 2024 Auto Show will showcase a redesigned format with a heightened emphasis on enhancing the consumer experience. Participants can explore cutting-edge vehicle innovations, including Zero Emission Vehicles, plug-in hybrids, advanced safety systems, and advancements in charging technology.

During the five-day event, CleanBC Go Electric will provide opportunities for test drives. Attendees can also enjoy a display of Luxury Supercars and Exotics, along with a diverse array of high-powered classics, over-landers, and other exciting vehicles.

I was in attendance for the 2019 Show and absolutely loved it. There was something for every kind of enthusiast from wide arrays of classics, to exclusive exotic cars. The Vancouver International Auto Show is more than just an exhibition of cars, it's an immersive experience that brings together automotive enthusiasts, industry professionals, and curious consumers alike. With its focus on innovation, interactivity, and diversity, it can easily be considered as a cornerstone event on the automotive calendar. Whether you're a gearhead eager to explore the latest in automotive technology or a casual observer looking for a captivating day out, the Vancouver International Auto Show promises a thrilling experience for all.
